not sure

the 'inspiration' for the name of my company came somewhat from this dental company logo. I like it's simplicity and style, but of course cannot copy the logo: http://www.northo.ca/

#34 AND #36 obviously you are the winning designer. We're having a hard time deciding what colour combo works best. Is it possible to see: #34 with the 'o' in 'north' blue and the 'compass ring' around that 'o' in black (the rest of the Northopedic letters are black). #36 could I see the 'o' in 'north' to be black and the rest of the 'northopedic' letters remain blue. Thanks!

#38 and #41, I really like the lower text/logo combination in #38, also the 'division of.... text is smaller which is good. I'm not so fond of the arrow attached to the o in 'north' of the upper logo/text combination. Can you do something else with the 'o' in 'north'? The logo in #41 is too busy. I prefer something a bit calmer.

#34,35,36 and 37 are excellent. Can you show me what these would look like with the different colour backgrounds, just like in #5?

#28 and #29 I would like 28 better if the foot wasn't attached to the circle/moon shape, like it is in #29. I think the 'compass' feature of design #18 works better with this font. I like the 'compass' feature in the "o" of "north" , but it is too subtle. I would like to see if you can expand on that.

#23, 25 and 27 looks good except the 'foot' is attached to the circle. I like the foot 'not attached' like in designs #24 and 26. I REALLY like #30, 31, 32, and 33. I have a hard time choosing a favorite from these four. I'd like to see if the 'compass' feature can be integrated in the "o" of "North..."

#21 and #22: both are good. The foot sticking out on #21 leaves the 'compass' logo mostly intact, but feels like the foot was glued onto it afterwards. The foot in #22 is more part of the logo but disturbs the simplicity of the 'compass'. I still like your design #5 the best (4stars!) but would like to see if we can have the 'foot' somewhere in the background (faded? line drawing? very light blue? different colour?) Please see the 3 pictures I uploaded with my brief as a guide?

#18 I like the logo on the top-left best. The font is good and the foot is a sideview, great! It's a bit busy, perhaps simplify the 'compass' component

design #17: I like the colours and the font is good too. I don't understand the acronym since there's no "D" in the name. I prefer to NOT have a footPRINT in the logo. I like a SIDEview better, please see the 3 pictures I included with the brief. I would like the "Northopedic" name larger than the tagline. Also I like the "division of Quick Cobbler Ltd." included.

design #16: I've uploaded some foot drawings onto the design brief. Hopefully that will help with the foot picture i'm looking for. I like the sideview of the foot better than the foot print. the foot side view also fits better with what we do rather than the foot print.

designs #8 to #15: good effort on getting a foot in the logo. I like the 'side view' of the foot (in designs #11 and #15) much better than the 'footprint' in the other designs. However, ONE foot is enough, I think the 4-feet logo becomes too busy. I'm thinking maybe your designs with 3 star ratings #3, 4, 5, 6) combined with some sort of background graphic of the sideview of a foot. I'll send you some pictures.

design #7: I like the colours, the letter type and the 'compass' feel of the logo. There is a 'foot' in the logo but I find the picture of the foot is not 'serious' or 'solid' enough.

designs #3,4,5 and 6: I like the letter type better than the #1 and #2. The 'circle' is also an improvement. There is still no 'foot' in the picture.

designs #1 and #2: I like the colour and the cleanliness of the logo/design. Also the way "a division of...." is incorporated is great. Apart from somewhat of an "N" and a 'compass' reference (which I like), I am missing a 'foot' of some sort. Also the tagline: "orthopedic shoe modifications" is missing in these designs.
