This is for a new company formed from two existing companies, there is nothing (design wise) to carry into the new logo. It is a full service real estate brokerage representing clients with every type of real estate transaction but the niche for this company is property tax appeal representation. We are located in the Pacific Northwest.

I have more feedback about color... gold instead of green and on a black background.

We don't want to be tied to a specific type(residential, commercial, etc) of property by having a house or skyscraper. I am okay with more abstract property representations. Also, I am leaning toward green and black as our colors, probably a forest green but I am open.
