We want the logo to be simple. It doesn't need to have a "design" to it necessarily. It could be a play on the word tinzie, maybe run half of the "n" into the "i" and join the "z" and the "i" together. The colors to be lime green and grey. Look up an example on website "tinzie.com" (this is not our site but an example of what we are looking for) Maybe the word "realty" could look the same way.

Designers, the website at tinzie.com is an EXAMPLE of what we want, this is NOT our company. I am not sure that we can use this logo exactly as it is designed without having legal issues.
