I am an independent contractor handling Real Estate Transactions in the DC Metro area which includes Maryland, Northern Virgina and of course Washington DC. I do Sales (buyers and sellers), investment properties, and all types of homes - single family homes, town homes and condos. I am definitely a little trendy, always looking for new and innovative ideas,

The orange that "Costa Rica" is written in, on this page - http://www.bluespiritcostarica.com - also the purple. BUT we are open to all "unexpected" suggestions so long as logo will be remembered. NO "boxed in" designs please.

at least the main color has to be catchy. Logo will be used for "open house" sign so it can not be dark. Can not use the abbreviations RIM. Add "Real Estate Team" somewhere.
