We are a highend log cabin builder in the appalachian mountains. I plan on posting the logo on my construction projects and would like somethink that is readable or rememberable driving down the road.

I like the thoughts of mountains in the background of logo(maybe)
bright colors with crisp edges
i am not worried about the printing cost of multi colored logos

We like the text layout in #11 but try it with a dark background to see how it would look. I am also concerned with the ability to print the logo in black and white publications. I plan on using the logo in classified adds. Put the text from #11 on #8.
