This design is for our product, Soy Balm.

This design will be used as our product tin. It will be the first thing that our customers see when looking at our product. We expect a visually GREAT design that will make customers want to buy our product over leading big name brands such as Burt's Bees or Badger Balm.

Hello All, Very amazing design concepts that you all have posted. We are very pleased with several of the concepts. We will be sending you each personal notes to your inbox giving further in depth discussion and direction for revisions. That said, there are some things that can be said here for everyone to consider when doing the next round of revisions. 1) Overall feel for color: * We like the lighter/softer shades in the color schemes such as those in many examples, but specifically #15 #30 and #31 stand out as well balanced color schemes. * Please avoid using darker shades like in examples #1 #6 or #13 * Please limit color usage to 3 colors. Also, please feel free to post the black and white version of your designs as it will help us determine what designs look good for our high-end color needs such as our website packaging and promotional print, and our low-end needs such as purchase order logo, far header logo etc. 2) Brand Illustration: * We are looking to have a iconic brand illustration. Something that consumers will identify with our product and our company. When submitting revisions please keep this in mind. As we move forward working closer with our top designers, we want to focus on really making sure the brand image is right. * Examples of designs that we felt did NOT relay an understandable brand image were #1 #6 #7 #8 #9 #12 #13 * There are several designs that have GREAT brand image and we will be reaching out to you individually to fine tune the creativity. 3) While all designs have something great and all designs have something that we want to see a revision on. General overall feedback from our marketing test group has indicate that the following concepts are getting the best response: #15 #27 #30 #31 #32 Again, we will be sending personal notes out to each of you later today to let you know what we really like and what we think needs to be revised.
