This design is for a business that contracts with companies to conduct their employment terminations; the logo would be seen by companies doing the contracting as well as employees who are being terminated--so it needs to be professional and convey what the business is to the company who contracted with us while also being sensitive to those who are being terminated

I am hoping a designer "sees" in their mind what color this should be, but I do not like neons, pinks, yellows, purples or bright, garish shades of colors. Logo/logotype should also work in black and white/grayscale.

The logo could be built as "TE", "te", "TermEase" or "termease" (if "term" and "ease" were different shades of colors or different colors); in my mind I see some kind of semi-abstract construction of "t" and "e" but am very open to seeing other ideas
