  Just came across a logo under a recently closed project on LogoDesignGuru under Sports Baseball Softball Logo for Over the Zone. The winner was number 16 and I really like the color and use of type on this logo.

  Wow - I am really impressed with the number of submissions - thanks for taking the time to share your creative ideas. There is still two days left and I welcome all submissions. I continue to be attracted to the ones with color - particularly blue, green, yellow and red, as well as the tie in to the triathlon logos. There have been some recent, new additions with the black background and those are also top contenders. I have decided not to eliminate any entries because this is an important decision for me and I am asking friends, family and colleagues to weigh in with their opinion. Please feel free to continue to contribute ideas. This process and your submissions have really exceeded my expectations!

  Thanks for the additional submissions and particularly to those of you who either responded to an invite or modified your submissions based upon the comments I made before. I will use the "five star" rating system to provide feedback on designs. I have eliminated some selections and will be eliminating more tomorrow so I can give you clearer direction on design. I appreciate when you submit the same logo in various colors or various type fonts--that has made a difference on the feel and appearance of the logo -- so please keep it up.   Thanks to all of you for submitting your ideas so quickly! I have tried to provide individual feedback to you on your logo designs if there was one that interested me. As the different examples are posted, I am finding that the ones that tie to triathlons or triathlon sports, ones that use three or less colors but focus on blue, red, yellow or green and ones that are more simple in design are preferred. The black and white logos are nice, but the color ones continue to draw my attention. Also the lettering should be more simple, clean and contemporary as opposed to being technical or computer type graphics. We will continue to review the logos and provide feedback and intend to select a logo as soon as the contest expires. Thanks again for your great ideas and hard work!
