Tradeshow Booth Graphic

Consulting Firm

Consulting

Corporate, eye catching, professional

The booth we are choosing is a pop up four panel booth that is back lit. There is a separation between each panel and when it is back lit the seams show, so the booth will have to be designed with that in mind (it might be difficult for words or some smaller graphics to be placed over the seams). I'll provide the required specs. We are fairly certain we want our lightning photo to be the main focus of the booth. I'll provide a copy of our current brochure which incorporates this photo - feel free to use the brochure for design ideas as we would like to keep a fairly cohesive design. I will provide some other photos that can be incorporated but not absolutely necessary. Our logo should be prominently displayed at the top of the booth. I'll provide a couple of different logo file options. Our tag line is "Claims Solutions by Experts and Engineers" We would like our company phone number (866.899.8756) and website (www.losssolutionsgroup.com) displayed. We would like all text to be similar to our current brochure/logo (boxier letters) We'll either want the paragraph or words below to be incorporated (we don't necessarily need both though - they say pretty much the same thing): Loss Solutions Group is a full service engineering and consulting firm with the expertise to evaluate nearly any type of property insurance claim. Our teams of technical, mechanical, structural, and electrical consultants can perform desk reviews and site inspections to evaluate causation, repair/replacement options, as well as full ACV and RCV cost analyses. -or- Technical | Mechanical | Structural | Electrical Expert Desk reviews, site inspections, scope of damage, repair analysis, cause of loss analysis, salvage analysis, ACV and RCV valuations.

#32 -Can we see this design but with the logo/company name enlarged - it would be OK to move everything down a little bit to accommodate this. -Can we also see what the end caps would look like with the company name instead of the website? Possibly like this: L O S S -Maybe black end caps with white or teal text?

#33 - -Can we see this one with the white sections with the logo removed from the two end panels and extend the text on both sides to the top? -The company name is spelled: Loss Solutions Group -One the first main panel, can you move the word Structural down to the next line and remover the commas? Or move mechanical up next to technical and electrical next to structural ex: Technical | Mechanical Structural | Electrical -Can you replace the phone number on the right hand end cap with: Experts & Engineers

Looks like we have it narrowed down to #32 and #33. I'll be asking for a few more changes/options before we finalize. Please don't withdraw these two yet.

#29 - We don't really like the people in these designs. Can we see #29 without the people and with the text in white moved slightly down (maybe just a small space)?

#27: Thank you for updating some of this design. I'd prefer to have the logo centered similar to #4 (even if its split by the seam). Can you try to utilize the two end panels with either our company name or our contact information (the are printable and illuminated areas).

We are looking for a font similar to Bank Gothic Light BT. Here is a website that shows it: http://www.ffonts.net/Bank-Gothic-Light-BT.font It doesn't have to be this exact font, but something similar - square lines.

#25 This is a great layout! This project will be extended tomorrow for 3 days and we hope to make a final decision in the next couple of days. A few things to note: -I have a font preference that I'll give tomorrow. -We will also want to swap out the pictures you have with different ones and provide some additional content if we go with this design. (Lightning photo will remain the same. -there are two side panels that are also printable area and illuminated/backlit... would it be possible to try designs with out cimpany name (Loss Solutions Group) on both panels and another one with the phone number on one and website on another? -can we see some other options for the top part (color)... Maybe just lighter black/grey? And-or something that just slightly lightens it? -can we see the multicolored titles in the teal color instead?

#23 - I really like this concept. Can we also see a design with boxier text? Also, do you think the text on the left hand side will be too much/too small?

#15 - Thanks for those changes. Can you make the Loss Solutions Group below the logo a little larger? The website should be moved a little bit closer (in the same direction). Can you change the text on panel 3, 4 and 5 as follows: 3: -Expert Desk Reviews & Site Inspections -Scope of Damage Assessment 4: -Repair vs Replacement Analysis -Cause of Loss Analysis 5: -Salvage Analysis -ACV & RCV Valuations

#12 - I like this concept. Can we see something similar with the logo slightly larger? Can you also move the website to the opposite side of those panels (closest to what will be the front of the booth - those panels wrap around to the back, therefore the current placement wouldn't be visible from the front. Can we also see something where the white sections are a different color?

#12 I like this design. Can we see something similar with the logo, tag line and phone number slightly larger? Can you also move the website to the opposite (front/inner side) of the same panel? Can we maybe see some alternatives to the white background?

We actually have 4 panels that are the same size, plus two end panels that wrap around. Draft #4 has the correct layout.

Ok, but, you don't have 4 panels, you have 2 that are centered and 1/2 of a panel on left and 1/2 on right.

#6 & #7 - These seem a little too busy and cluttered. They almost look a little too much like a brochure. I understand having four different panels can be a challenge.

#4 (continued): The two end panels are also printable area and illuminated (front half before it wraps around the the back. Can we try to see what our website would look like on these panels instead on the front? And/or any other variation of text being printed on those end panels?

#4 - Still really like this concept. Is it possible to adjust the sizes of the logo and tag line (Claims Solutions by Experts and Engineers - it would be OK to use the & symbol if necessary) so that the seams went between letters? I understand it has to go through the logo S but it seems like it is cutting off the 'i' in solutions right now. Also, can the text within the panels be a closer font to our tag line (boxier text) Can the content of the text within the panels be changed to: Panel 1: Technical|Mechanical Structural|Electrical Panel 2: Expert Desk Reviews & Site Inspections Panel 3: Scope of Damage Repair Analysis Cause of Loss Analysis Panel 4: Salvage Analyisis ACV & RCV Valuation Maybe make the website larger unless it wont work well with the seam.

#2 - This doesn't appear to be a tradeshow booth graphic? Also, this doesn't incorporate our colors, logo, lightning photo, company name, etc.

Draft #1 - I really like the direction this one is going but it will not work as is with our booth as it is going to be back lit and the seams between the panels will interfere with some of the words/logo. I just updated the brief with the specs required by the company we're ordering the booth from. Also, the logo might be a little bit too large.

I'm trying to add some photos of damaged property (similar to what is in our brochure), but I dont think my files are large enough. Please feel free to find and use photos of damaged property (see brochure for examples - tree fallen on house, wet electronics, people working on HVAC equipment, etc.). If we use these types of photos, we would like all of our areas of expertise represented (electronics, construction/structural, HVAC (heating, air conditioning)).
