Describe who/what this design is about

Our company is a boutique home building and renovation company in Auckland, New Zealand. We have been established for more than 10 years and our usual clients are investors, young families or retirees. We are looking to change our current logo. Also we are looking for a simple and clean design that shows we are quality, reliable and honest home builders. The design needs to be simple and clean but not seen as a large corporation.

Currently we are blue and grey, but we require that you do not use blue as we want to change our brand. Some greys are ok.

From this process we are looking for a logo that will look great on any brochures, home sale signs and our website. Ultimately we would like the logo to show we are reliable and honest home builders and renovators who build quality homes.
