The target audience will be physicians, hospitals, patients and patients families.
The brochure should include our service area, a section about us, a non-discrimination policy, our mission statement, the services we offer (nursing, therapy, home health aide), who may benefit from home care, who we accept referrals from, the fact that we have 24 hour on-call nurse, and our contact information.
