Describe who/what this design is about

We are re-branding to now become known as "Leisure Horse Ireland". While we want a fresh new look but we will be retaining the existing colour schemes as per www.theipsa.com and the logo would need to look not very dissimilar from the existing IPSA Logo - so customers can identify that they are still dealing with the same company - hope this makes sense!
