The logo is meant to convey an industrial development where you have find heavy industrial tenants and manufacturing jobs on site. It should be modern and manly with a rugged look to it. We like a clean and simple look.

We don't like generic icons like a road, house, building, plane or any clipart style image. It can be abstract but creative and unexpected.
We want something clean and prefer linier fonts that don't have a ton of characteristic accents to them.
