Logo for a street food business " THE MINISTRY OF TASTE "

We require branding for a street food trailer business.
The trailer is not the standard burger style trailer you see on events it is 5 metres long and 3 metres high, with a canvas roof that opens up on two sides there are three smoking bbq on board and prep and cooking is done on board which gives the street food style and it is all very open , there would be two long banners top and bottom with two large black boards each end for menus the gazebo is a standard 3x3 metre square so smaller but the same branding as above
The branding needs to stand out in the crowd at events, be clear trendy street food style but classy enough if we are doing private events for people, gold/yellow/black seem to work but i am open minded. The food we serve will be diverse not your standard pulled pork and gourmet burgers so don't just get the vision of bbq food only
The logo is to be used on everything from business cards to being displayed on the side of a gazebo so need to be clear.
LOGO
Maybe a government style logo ie crown or coat of arms style but ideally signifies food, MOT is also a thought that could be used in some way BUT I AM OPEN MINDED
NOTES
All branding to be clear up beat trendy, classy
We sell a whole range of food so wording like 'food without boarders'' Restaurant food on the street ' The MOT cooking crew' may all work and give you ideas
We do not want Graffiti style branding
We maybe working at a Music festival street market or private party SO A FEEL THAT WILL FLOW A CROSS ALL SOCIAL BORDERS
