Background: I came up with District 12 Properties because there are 12 Districts in Portland, with each one distinctively different from the others.
Vision: My vision for the logo is to have an urban and modern feel. Simple, but distinct. To be easily recognizable, identifiable and memorable when someone sees it, whether they are driving past one of my real estate lawn signs or advertised on the Internet.
