Logo for eSports (gaming) Organization

BolD (uppercase 'B', lowercase 'ol', uppercase 'D') Gaming is a growing gaming and drinking organization that is serious about not being serious. We're a small group of individuals committed to finding likeminded gamers and uniting them under our banner of subpar aspirations. BolD stands for 'Big Ol' Dicks'.
When people see our logo, they should feel inquisitive and comfortable (in contrast to feeling intimidated). The logo should bring a sense of lightheartedness to it, easing the ambience when people see it.

For colors, we don't have a primary scheme, but have worked with black and gold on a few iterations (see file example). We also tried to work with red, white, and black (see other file example).

-'serious about not being serious'. We don't want the logo to feel too silly; prefer a professional feel to it while still capturing the essence of BolD.
-'Big Ol' Dicks'. Although not required, we see a creative opportunity to blend the 'B' and 'D' into a subtle dick graphic that stretches over name (but hey, you guys are the artists, not me)
-'gaming and drinking organization'. We mainly play League of Legends but will eventually want to expand to other platforms and genres. We think an incorporation of gaming and drinking would be cool. Designs that don't include this are not automatically disqualified.
-'Going where others have gone before'. This is our tagline but is NOT required if the design cannot accommodate. Would prefer though.
Other facts about us:
-The founders are all engineers (hence the use of a gear in example file)
-BolD is an age +21 organization
-Based in USA
