HealthChart (capitalized "C" intentional) is a software application that guides people to optimal health and wellness based on their personal health profile and advanced algorithms (including AI) that predict disease risks based on the most current medical science. It shows an individual the ways to reduce these risks and improve longevity. The term "Chart" in the name is to convey the idea of navigation, as in a ship using a chart to reach a destination.
