Logo for Personal Trainer/Fitness studio.

this logo is for my business as a personal trainer to be used on t-shirts and promotional flyers etc.my training is functional and hard(crossfit influenced and kettlebells and bootcamps).i want the logo to convey a military feel to it and have people see it as a serious no nonsense design.

my initial thoughts are i'd like ideas with a background of olive drab with my logo text in white and perhaps a traditional barbell design in black or red? with "Sarge's" above it and "Fitness" below it,that was my initial idea but other new views/ideas are most welcome.it needs to be bold and obvious and not look too busy that you can't tell what it conveys.it definately must have a military feel as my last name is "SARGENT" and i'd like to get that tie-in.
