Describe who/what this design is about

In home or at client home special education tutoring business. I need a logo design to reflect my start up business working with special needs kids. My target market is parents, educators, therapists of special needs children age range from 4-21. I would like my logo to be colorful and simple. Pictures and Shapes welcome. I personally like glitter and sparkle and will most likely use that in other branding areas.
