Describe who/what this design is about

This logo will represent Gerbig Transportation Co, Inc. and the fact that we are accurate and timely. I want it to be a strong design that will be easily replicated, and not super intricate but special. Utilize an arrow. I was thinking of something oval or circular with letters inside and maybe an arrow stuck through. Another idea was a split design with the top one color and bottom another with the arrow between the two colors and it is the opposing color.
