Describe who/what this design is about

This will be the logo for Beach.Vine.Mountain Vacation Rentals. It will need to convey that we are a destination stop for anyone looking to rent a condo, house, or residence and that we specialize in locations near the ocean/beaches (currently Monterey Bay, Aptos, Santa Cruz area), wine country/vines (currently St Helena, Napa Valley area), and mountains/skiing (currently Lake Tahoe area and Reno).

I like a many of the designs, but there's a few things that I am looking for specifically. I would want all three words (Beach Vine Mountain) to be on one line or in sequence around the logo. They could even be on 3 lines separately, but I do not want it to be Beach Vine on one line and then Mountain on its own line. In this case it looks like Beach Vine is the name of a Mountain. It could also work if Beach Vine Mountain is on one line and then Vacation Rentals on the 2nd line, but that isn't necessary. Thank you for all the great options!
