Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

Our company helps people get out from under a property they cannot rehab or afford themselves. We attract cash buyers, and distressed sellers of private residences at wholesale prices. We buy houses, for cash, but It would be nice to show waves at a beach. We are real estate investors.

Not to stifle the creative process, however my first thought is to have a nice house represented with a beach and waves in the background, two waves rolling in, first wave spells "Buy The Sea", second wave spells "Property", maybe a sea gull in the sky

Thank you to all the Designers who participated. We appreciated every entry and see them all as nice work. We are in the process of picking our favorite, and eliminating those that are not our favorite, and should have a final decision this evening or tomorrow morning.

Thanks to all the Logo Designers efforts, please keep coming. Note that some are getting the idea that the words and waves can be combined. 3 or less colors; we discovered that we should have specified a light/white/no fill background; the house should be unique where applicable (i.e. include light board lines for the siding, maybe some light shingle lines). Thanks for all your participation.

One point that has not been picked up on yet is that "Buy The Sea" words could be made into a Wave, and "Property" another wave. This might be just something in my imagination.
