BLUELINE Health Services PVT LTD, an India based company is launching a membership plan for all its members. We want help from designers on designing an elegant membership card for all our members. We are open to any color combination as long its elegant and attractive. The membership will be of a credit card size with magnetic strip and signature panel at the back.
