The flyer must be designed in adobe illustrator, so that I can make type changes and edits easily. I do not want a flyer that is designed in photo shop. I want to design a 12'' wide by 9'' Tall Postcard mailer for apartment communities to advertise our roofing services.

    These look good. The mailer/flyer is double sided. I need a blank 4'' x 3'' address block on the top half of the backside somewhere. I forgot to mention that I need a 1'' blank space along the bottom of the backside for the USPS Barcode. I will upload an example of a backside. Feel Free to use other stock imagery provided. Thanks!
