A software application for call centers that monitors and supports the escalation of customer complaints.

Would like the colors to be blue, orange- possibly a mix. Would like the font to be modern and tubular, preferably shiny/metallic- must look innovative and modern.

Play with the e and the m- possibly overlay the letters
