Describe who/what this design is about

We have two other companies, AVA (www.avactuators.co.uk) and Allvalves (www.allvalves.co.uk) and are now creating a third company which will be a technology /r+d company. Producing products for the above companies. AV Smart Tech will develop products for the industrial market. Logo should reflect a tech company, corporate look and feel as we move towards a group structure.

You can see from the AVA and ALLVALVES they style we have gone for previously. The ALLVALVES logo is similar to VW, it can be used without the need for the word ALLVALVES to be present. AVA is the company name as a logo which works well. Open to ideas on AV Smart Tech.
