Billboard design for a dental office

I will prefer it to be on a white background however, i am open to options, you may also include a nice smiling face to it. I need my logo to be incorporated on it and my phone number (407) 282-2101 in a very large text which should be visible from a long distance. i need a cutting edge design. The billboard dimensions should be 14'X48' The billboard should also say "Now we have the same day crown"
