The design is about the Project Birth Around the World.
I am an obstetric nurse and I will be traveling the world showing to the audience different cultures of birth and actions towards the humanization of childbirth.
The world is currently experiencing a wave of returning to the green, the original and natural. Would the same concern comes as a new life begins? The birth symbolizes the arrival of a new Being from Mother to Mother Earth, Feminine Energy of love, warmth, nutrition and safety. A process of birth (pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum) that respects life and nature is a key point to improve the health of the planet, since babies are the future, and their mothers, their first instructors.
In Portuguese, my first language, the translation of Birth Around the World is Parto Pelo Mundo. The name in Portuguese have double sense, because Parto means birth but also Departure or Going Around the World. Unfortunatelly this little details get lost with the language translation.
While the travel happens, the reality of each country it is going to be Posted the web. The Posted include writing, photos and videos of each contry.
How are the babies being born around the world? With love and respect or with coldness and violence? Under safe conditions or hostile? Birth reflects what kind of society we are living today …
Is a change possible?
Yes I believe deeply that a change is possible.

BE CREATIVE. BE UNIQUE. The website should symbolize the gestation of the new humanity. As if the pregnant woman of all over the world were pregnant of the future, the children are our future. And the Mother Earth is the mother of all of us. When someone go to the website, should feel what the project is about.
