Hello everyone, First of all, I would like to thank you all for submitting your designs, as I am truly impressed by the talent pool here. Second, I would like to adress a few important points: 1. I mainly teach MMA & not traditional martial arts, so please take that into consideration when designing the logo. 2. I have yet to see a design which incorporates the octagon shape. 3. The main focus in my gym is MMA & Conditioning while maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 4. The name "Fighters" was chosen because being a fighter is more than a profession, it's a state of mind. 5. I try to distance myself & my students from the mainstream perception of fighters. We are not muscle-bound, aggressive & ego controlled individuals, but focused, determined & driven by our love of martial arts, fighting & fitness. 6. "Fighters" also refers to the state-of-mind when tackling challenges & obstacles in life & training. 7. No tribals, chains and/or weights. Although I am a fitness instructor, the main focus is still martial arts. Thank you all for participating & I hope to see some more great designs. However, if you show 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if that draft gets finalized, each color version is separated before final files are sent out.
