Describe who/what this design is about

SAL (SurfAir Logistics) is a corporate aviation company supplying air transportation to mining companies in Indonesia using Twin Otter aircraft. SurfAir Logistics is part of the SurfAir Group. Other company (SurfAir) includes a seaplane service in Indonesia serving island resorts. www.flysurfair.com (website under construction) but you can see the logo we already have. We need a variation of this.

We like the designs which give equal focus to the words 'SAL', rather than the 'SurfAir' being a larger font which makes it stand out more.
