Describe who/what this design is about

This Logo and company is a professional business to business entity. Its customers are builders and developers who value quality, efficiency and professionalism. The logo needs to include the words only with no specific abreviation or symbol. It needs to be clear and easy to understand. Due to the length of the words it is prefered that the words are stacked for ease of application. A simple logo that has caught our eye is John Holland - https://www.johnholland.com.au/img/JohnHolland_Logo.svg
It is simple and easy to understand - there is some cleverness in the design which we do not mind however a person is not suitable for our logo considering it is a B2B entity.
