BRIEF: THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP (BDG)
CLIENT PROFILE
BDG is a Start-up Company that provides clients with the coaching and insights to develop and/or increase their existing businesses, through personal development and innovative marketing concepts, we link the insights with sales teams, thus maximizing the efficiency of resources (time, human, money) for optimal revenues.
The operations are on-site and online: It can be done via online based work as an overseas outsourcing company, or we can work on-site in the region, we’re starting in Mexico however we forecast a fast expansion nationwide and internationally.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The main aims and objectives of the project are as follows:
1. LOGO:
We will have 2 elements: The name and a logo.
a) The name: "The Business Development Group"
• In the proposal show it on all caps and as-is, so we can choose.
b) Logo design:
Here we´re still not sure on whether use the initials BDG + the whole name "The Business Development Group",
Or create an abstract object or symbol + the name "The Business Development Group"
2. IMAGE
• Penetrate the business development/consulting community market with this new brand
• Show that BDG is a serious company that can be trusted and will deliver the results
• Although the previous point, we want also to be seen as an innovative, vanguard business
• Make the business look like a professional organization, projecting confidence, security as well as innovation
• Increase trust in the eyes of potential customers and clients.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The demographics of the target audience are as follows:
• Male females, both genders are targets
• 22 – 65 years of age
• Geographic: US, Mexico, Latina America
• Business community, Investors, Entrepreneurs, account, sales, marketing managers, marketing-sales directors
• University degree, MBA's

We need to receive the following:
• Print-ready logo artwork files: EPS and AI
• Screen-optimized logo artwork files: JPEG, GIF, PNG, and PD
• Logo usage guidelines: PDF
• Business-card design (double-sided) print-ready and also editing files: PDF, EPS and AI
• Any font licenses and font files that may be used to complete the project

First impressions have high impact, so in terms of the business card, it has to be something that's out of the box.
The card is used to present ourselves to another party or prospect, but it also has to have a high impact message, either by an image or a phrase that comes attached in the back side.
It could be some key points of a preview success case. So the back side has to have a marketing application. It has to be a card that will stand out, so much that it will be shown and passed around.
In design and in materials (maybe???), although win the materials it will have a high impact on the costs of production.
It has to be standard size, so it fits in every wallet thus avoiding on being thrown somewhere.
