Describe who/what this design is about

We are a company that manufactures clothing. Our name is not a clothing brand. We do specialty stitch work for clothing and also take on projects that require us to cut, sew and construct a garment from beginning to end.

I have attached a link of a basic concept. Making the ampersand a needle with thread going through it and the separation between "apparel group" and the tag line to be divided by a dotted line and scissors. Colors are optional. Does not have to be exactly like the picture. I am open to other ideas.
