Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

I would like the logo to represent functionality and ease-of-use of our new product, Tube Tape. It will be used by the auto collision repair industry to mask areas of the car prior to painting. The product is sold in 4' long, 5/16" diameter tubes that are sticky on the outside and filled with a removable foam core.

Extra points if you come up with a great tagline for the product.

I have attached a flyer that was done in house by the inventor of tube tape. I like how the font sort of illustrates the foam core of the tape, which is its patented feature. The tape, at least initially, will be either blue or green, so I think one of those should be the dominant color.
