Logo for a print/digital magazine publishing company!

526 Media Group will be the publisher of several print and digital magazines. Some are traditional, business-to-business magazines in very specific industries while others will be focused on direct-to-consumer for lifestyle and modern trends.
The logo should be a blend of traditional and modern themes. We are a private, family owned publishing company that will be passed down to future generations and this logo will be the "anchor" that carries through many generations.
Consider "526", which holds the family symbolism of the wedding anniversary date of the founders to be "traditional" and could be in a traditional font and even hold variations including being spelled out (Five Twenty Six) or perhaps (5 Twenty 6) or other possible variations.
While "Media Group" could convey the modern approach to publishing including print, digital, multi-media, web and all that the future of publishing holds.
This logo will be used on all internal magazine mastheads (internal page where they list staff, contact info, etc), invoices, parent company website, stationary, envelopes, business cards and perhaps promotional material. It will not however be on the outward facing magazine title or websites (these are title specific to the magazine).
It would be great also if some sort of "logo" could be incorporated into the design that years down the road, 526 Media Group would also be associated with the logo itself (think Apple spelled out being associated with the actual logo of an apple outline or Mercedes-Benz being associated with the tri-point star). Perhaps the numbers 526 can be overlayed or incorporated into each other to form a logo of some sort in a graphic design way.
