Wine and Bourbon Experience

A larger than life bar like never seen before. This will be a destination bar in the largest cities in the U.S. The experience is bringing the Bourbon Trail from Kentucky and Napa Valley from California to a single location. High End. We will look to replicate the experience one has when visiting vineyards and distilleries.

Wines are Red and White and maybe Green (grapes on a vine) Bourbon is brown. So maybe a mix of red/white/green/brown? I'd like to see some options including two barrels (both wine and bourbon are aged in barrels)
