The logo will be used to brand a new department reward and recognition program: The GCO Excellence Award. It's an annual award given to the top 2% of employees in the General Counsel's Organization of American Express. The logo should convey that you are a high achiever, top performer, star performer, etc. The logo will be used on various materials including: print, web and potentially a crystal award.
