This will be used on real estate signposts, as well as business cards & stationary. Logo should be somewhat conservative. We sell very high priced homes in the Washington DC area. Currently, my logo is just a rectangular box with red background and white lettering.
I DO NOT want the typical RE logo with a house, or roof outline. Something creative that conveys trust in an established brokerage is ideal.

Would prefer a lot of primary red background with white lettering. Yellow, or black accents/borders are acceptable. You can decide the color for the tag line.
