This logo will represent a company that will be purchasing entire Mobile Home Park communities. These will be nicer communities that do not fit the typical "trailer park" stereotype, and instead 4-5 star communities that are often senior-retirement communities

The logo is essentially representing a real estate company, but that only specializes in owning Mobile Home Park Communities. We want the logo to create a warm feeling so that the residents moving into these communities feel comfortable with the company that own them.

The name "Patriot" was chosing to represent a company of American Value/strength, so although we'd like for the logo to incorporate some sort of flag or American icon, we don't want it to look so "red, white, and blue" tacky necessarily.

    7,8,9 - Not a huge fan of the cursive as it is a bit difficult to understand, the color combination isn't bad though. 6 - I really like this design because it is stately and professional color scheme/lay-out. Only thought I have is wondering what different symbol may work better inside the "C" where you have the "NBC-like logo". Any other variations similar to that which you could come up with?

    This logo is not only for one community, it is for a Real Estate group that will own multiple Mobile Home Parks, and this will be the logo representing all of the communities ownership.
