Logo for New Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Maryland

I am breaking off from a real estate company I have been with for over 10 years. It is important that the logo conveys confidence and simplicity as Commercial real estate is an "old" business and needs to appeal to a broad audience from retailers, restaurants, entrepreneurs, etc. that use my firm to help them find the most ideal space/location.....to 55-75 yr-old real estate developers that use my services to sell/lease their commercial office buildings, warehouse properties, and help them find land for new projects.
I have designed the attached "Rosso Commercial" logo, which I like a lot, however I would like a professional to design a true professional logo. I do want some image/initial logo (Like the "R" in my example) that resonates with my name. I like the 'cleanliness' of the font on the attached Rosso Commercial draft-logo, but again, would be open to other ideas.
Additionally, it is important to note that this logo will be displayed on 40-60 real estate signs in my market, that are generally 4 feet wide by 4 feet tall, with text above and below it...the logo should be more wide than tall. See examples attached. It also needs to be easy to read and identity with, while driving on a road in a vehicle.

Dark/burnt orange (see example I created w/ the logo creator tool). Also a grey/dark color for contrast. I am open to other colors, however it should not be the same colors as the "murphy commercial" logo that is attached/enclosed. I will need a logo version that is 'inverted' in the event I place it on a dark background vs. light background.
