Include this tagline in my logo.

Describe who/what this design is about

This is primarily a real estate investment company. We buy, sell, and manage rental properties. We also have begun flipping houses by, purchased distressed properties and rehabbing them for a profit. I plan to add general contracting, construction, janitorial services to our list of services soon, but real estate investment will be our focus initially. I have attached a link to my current logo. I like it but obviously not that much because I’m buying a new one. Feel free to borrow from this design but that is not mandatory.

Any future designs please include a version on a white/neutral/standard background, one on a black background, and one greyscale on white background. Thanks.

I like the house and the high-rise concept but don't restrict yourself to only these symbols. I would like to see a few symbols/graphics that are not obviously identifiable.

I would like to open up my color pallet some. Let's add red/burgundy to the options. Let me see anything you feel strongly about in any color excluding brown, gold, and green.
