Describe who/what this design is about

OneTraveler is a nonprofit that provides a college student a unique travel experience learning and building their leadership, communication, financial independence and problem solving skills through a 5-6 week trip to another country and doing it entirely on their own -- but funded by the OneTraveler program. We will want the logo to represent travel, experience, growth, leadership, personal development, etc... It needs to appeal to our applicants (college age students), as well as appealing to our potential donors for funding the program.

I reviewed the designs we have received to date with other committee members today. Here's more details about the direction we are thinking: - Blue and Lime Green color scheme - Should include an icon that represents education or students somehow, so it looks different than a travel agency logo, we want it to convey that it's a program for providing college students the opportunity to have an experience and grow. - We like the word in all caps "ONETRAVELER" with the ONE in a different color than the TRAVELER part. - Readable font, no script - No small details within any icons (needs to be easily printable at all sizes) Thanks!

We do like the green and blue colors, but wonder if there is another strong color scheme to see some contrast, different ideas? Draft #3, maybe in another color than orange? Draft #10, like the idea here, but wondering about the shape of the O.
