Logo (Modern Clean-lined) for Real Estate Team

This logo will be used on my marketing materials, website and signs. I would like it to have a clean, modern, professional (but not too "stuffy") look. I would like it to be easily recognizable not "over-designed".
I've been a realtor for 12 years. Many agents and my clients call me the nicest man in real estate. I am committed to working hard and being a reliable and trustworthy advisor to my clients.

I am partial to earth tones (we are in Tucson [desert environment]) I could see using black and and an earth tone color with an accent color of maybe burnt orange, blue or something that you see fit. Or a color that your creativity comes up with. I would like the logo to reproduce well as greyscale or even reversed out in white as I plan to use the logo on a one color (black print) newsletter. This logo will also go on my website.
