Today our logo is a star and it doesn't mean anything. It is essentially 5 letter As without the cross bar. At the time of design the intent was to go back and have the logo symbolize a story (i.e., each A represented a division of the company). Bottom line, we would like our image to represent what we do. We help countless people find jobs. We focus on Human Resources jobs because we believe a company without great people and great people practices is nothing. We are all about culture, engagement, doing the right thing, we are great at what we do, but never want to come across as arrogant. Instead we are helpful and supportive to help people with anything they need. We believe we help chance company cultures one hire at a time. Last thing, in order to make the most impact the majority of the placements we help are Human Resources leaders. We also have an Accounting and Finance division, but it all comes back to matching the best people with the best opportunities.
