I want to have a designer refine the attachments logo, so its professionally appearance.

The outer ring is a Camera Lens and its should have the following wording on it:

NIGHTINGALE: ON-DUTY (Same Font but slightly larger than Font size as lettering in attached photo of lens)
MADE IN U.S.A. (Same Font and size as lettering in attached photo of lens)
MODEL: N-100 (Same Font and size as lettering in attached photo of lens)

I want the logo as Black and White where the white will be transparent.
The Nightingale should look like Optical Infrared (as in logo)

I want serrated edge on outer rim of camera lens.

No ribbon hanging off the feet of bird.
