Patriotic Logo for a Food Business Named "American Preserver"

This business and it's website will show people how to preserve foods for long-term storage by drying foods, canning foods, and freezing foods. I would like the logo to look a little rustic with a feminine touch. I would like a canning jar and either an American flag or an American bald eagle incorporated into the logo.

My ideas are that I would like a canning jar and at least part of the American flag or an American Bald Eagle in the design. My first idea would be to have part of an American flag inside of a canning jar. But I am not stuck to that idea at all and it's just something that popped into my head. I am very open to any designs that you may come up with and will respond to any of your questions promptly.
