No

We want the logo to look a little more expensive, perhaps abstract than it currently does. It also needs to be in a square or rectangle format for the sake of our website design.

Sophisticated

Something warm that would work with our white or light grey background; browns, deep reds, or deep burnt orange...

We're very much a fan of the Roger Federer logo design featuring his initials, but we DON'T want a copy of that idea, as there is a photographer in the UK with a similar concept. A motif that could be used as a embossed stamp would work, and Roger Federer's would for that. It needs to be square, or rectangle, and text next to the logo to read NEALE JAMES PICTURES

Our current round logo is uploaded for you to see.

EXTENSION Hi designers, first up, I'd like to thank you for all your hard work on this design. I know we've been quick to eliminate stuff we're not so taken by, but there are a handful of ideas now we want to work on a little with the designers, PLUS we're open to new ideas. We've re-veiled the competition to lend a fair hand to those who were starting to get copied. Thanks to our fav designers so far... bsurf, kanyakitri, mdsgrafix, tabish and aleeshan We've extended another 7 days, but if we complete something before then, we'll finalise early. Kindest, Neale, Sam, Nat and team

NEWSFLASH... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for continuing to send these designs in. There are some fabulous ideas, and some that are a little off mark. We do look at every one in a constructive way, and as you can see eliminate anything that doesn't work so as to give you an idea of our mindset. I just wanted to suggest that you don't simply now take the old logo and reshape it square, that's kinda been done now by a few designers and if we go with that, we have it. Also, no diamonds and no circles. This needs to fit to the top bar of our website nealejames.com Again thank you for your designs, you're all top people and your efforts are very much appreciated. Neale and the team.

Hi there, I've decided to unveil, because I think a lot of people are headed the wrong direction with regard my brief. I will of course be honorable and if I see someone copying someone else's design, that will be eliminated. Kindest, Neale and the team

This is going to be for print and web, so I'm uploading the eps and ai files guys.

Is this going to be for web use only or also for print use? If for web only, I will use a pixel program. If also for print, and cut out, I will have to use Vector program.

So you have an ai or eps file of your logo? Basically the original file.

Thanks for the designs you are uploading. Couple of thoughts. Please don't redesign the actual n and j - I am happy with those as per my upload. Basically I need you to fit that into a new square or rectangle design. If I have eliminated your design, it will be for that reason. Also, go have a look at the Roger Federer website and see how expensive his logo looks. This is the kind of look I need to achieve without directly copying him.
