The largest fertilizer conference in the country (that just happens to be in the southwest). The logo should convey an established, professional agriculture conference. Where "everybody's here because everybody's here."

I like the multi-hued patchwork of fields that you'd see flying over an area with lots of agriculture. That suggests fertilizer, generically. But I'm not wedded to this image. We just can't focus on any specific crops.
