Describe who/what this design is about

All In{novation} is a consulting company that deals with finding solutions for a company's most challenging problems. We work with a system that utilizes actual building blocks (legos) to draw out and bring out solutions from within the company. People build ideas with these building blocks to help them come up with solution's to their company's challenges

We would like to see some logo ideas that have a creative way of visually conveying that "building block" approach with an icon/word treatment/ symbol that has pieces that fit together creatively.

Designers much prefer communication regarding the project by private message. At least I do. Otherwise the comments can lead to others cheating and stealing design elements you may mention. : )

The TOROfish project was on hold because of trademark issue we had to resolve with the name. It will be finalized in the next 24 hours. Thanks for the feedback.
