Apartment Community Logo Design - Highland Villas Apartments

Highland Villas

No

We would like an apartment community logo for a property called Highland Villas. The property is located in Central Texas in a city named Bryan, Texas.

The apartment community is an intergenerational apartment community which targets both families and the independent senior living. The majority of the community is for active senior living (75%) and for families (25%). The community is located in Central Texas which is conservative by nature. I am looking for a classic apartment logo that demonstrates high quality, affordable, luxury living.

I am open to color suggestions, but burgundy/maroon with another color may be a good starting point due to the proximity to Texas A&M.
